I am also trying to get my CDIB card from the Osage Tribe, I was granted by the CDIB and membership Dept a DNA test only for the Offspring of Louis Pryor because the Pryor family are not willing to be tested can I ask for a hearing by the Osage membership dept to show my records of proof that I am Louis Pryor's great grandchild? Please help I have grandkids that need moneys for school.
