Looking for any information on any Sneed/Snead families that lived or still live in the Oklahoma area. My grandfather and his brothers lived there for a time. Their names are Edgar, John Isaac, Roy and Walter (jim) Sneed. Walter or Jim as he was called was my grandfather and we are researching his brothers.

not sure, but i have found out that they were living with or around an Uncle or family friend named Wages (last name).
Anything will help

I have this from Talihina, Le Flore County, Oklahoma - public record. Vol IV Posted 9/11/1937 - Carel Sneed was a Coriner Juror Member in the death of Lary Mc Gowen.
