Judge Griffitts married my great aunt, Grace A. Pennington. Of interest is that she was a descendant of Hannah Boone, Daniel Boone's youngest sister. I have photos of Joseph's, Nora's, Grace's and Josephine's grave markers. Josephine was only eight years old when her mother died and both of them were buried at the Evergreen Cemetery near Oakwood. Why were they not buried in Buffalo? Were Joseph and Grace divorced? I have a little information on their children and a lot on the Penningtons, if interested.
