My Barry's and McClungs are from the Sentinel OK area aprx. 1907. I have information on several of the families mentioned in the Surnames.... they traveled from NC through AL to TX and OK... several then moved to CA... I would love to share information with any of the surnames that tie to McClung or Barry..... Are you from my Family???

Was wanting to know what you know about the Baldwin Family. My dad is Dorman Charles Baldwin born in Cordell, Oklahoma and his dad is Charles Lee Baldwin and his dad is Charles William Baldwin. I am doing research for his side and would love to know more.

Would like to know more about the Sharp/Sharpe family. I have documented my line of Sneeds back to Robert Sharp Sneed born 23 Feb 1760 in Amelia Co.VA. Don't know for sure who his parents were. Since his middle name is Sharp is suspect his mother was a Sharp. Robert Sharp Sneed moved to Wake Co. NC about 1790. Do you have any record of your Sharps in VA or NC in the 1700's? My first great grandfather came to OK in 1888 & is shown in the 1900 Census for Washita Co. OK. His name was John Taylor Sneed. Dennis

Sharpe name in Washita county. Clem sharp is buried in Lawn View Cemetery. He was brother of my grandfather William of Giles County Tenn. Another brother George went to unknown parts of Texas. The Sharp family was mostly from Marshal County Tenn but I am having trouble locating ancestors. If you have any links to these Sharps I would appreciate any onfo.

Hi Leigh, I would like to have a copy of the will. Can you tell me how to go about getting a copy of it? I have his pension records, but have not ran across his will. Also, we have new information that may indicate that Robert Sharpe Sneed's parents were another William Sneed. We are trying to verify the information but at this point it seems more sensible than that of what we have. Especially considering the dates that Robert has in his pension record as his date of birth. Would like to hear from you. Thanks, Dawn
