It was the town of Moral, OK. A good resource is Charles W Mooney's "Localized history of Pottawatomie County, OKlahoma to 1907" (you might have to get it on interlibrary loan)

Choctaws weren't settled in central Oklahoma - they were all on the eastern part of the state. Citizen Band Potawatomi from Kansas settled in Pottawatomie County.

Unfortunately, there wasn't much record keeping in Oklahoma or Indian Territory prior to statehood in 1907. You either have to go through the tribes or the one of the three Federal seats in Indian Territory - Muskogee, Purcell and Ada (I think).
