Where is Pontotoc County on 1940 Census?

Wall, Parsons, Dickson, Goad
Ancestry says that Oklahoma is complete with the 1940 census listing. There is no Pontotoc County, but the other 76 counties are there. Does anyone know of a reason why Pontotoc should not be there? Was it combined with some other county? Thanks.
