I've been trying, I found my great grandmother, Sallie Ann Broyles/Broils who married Albert Martin in Sans Bois, first child is Ollie, in the 1900 census in AR. Sally/Sallie is listed as from Indian Territory, then in 1910, they are back in Oklahoma with 3 more kids, and she is going by Alice Martin. By 1913 they moved back to Arkansas. My grandmother Rachel Martin always said she(her mother) was the first one born off "the reservation" but I don't know what to think. She was supposed to be Cherokee. Check my family tree, I've got back to 1500 on two lines, but this one seems buried for good. Albert died in 1912 or 1913, and Sallie/Alice died around 1918 in Sevier Co. Arkansas. Death certificate burned in the courthouse fire. (AR)Any help would be very appreciated! Ollie married an Almond and raised her orphaned siblings. Thanks for any help!
