Looking for any information on Phylis Earlene RICHARDSON. She was reportedly daughter of Florence Richardson. Placed for adoption six days after birth, joined a family at 20 days, and adopted about age two. I do not have her adoptive family name nor date of birth. She was an adult, living in 1968, and reported that her birth was recorded at the Oklahoma County Court House. She spelled her first name "Phylis" and used birth surname, even though apparently legally adopted. Any suggestions welcome.
