M. Pauline Huey Middendorf, 79, of Rolla, Missouri, passed away Thursday, January 11, 2001 at her home. A Mass of Celebration was held Monday, January 15 at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Rolla and interment was in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Florissant, Missouri, under the direction of Null and Son Funeral Home of Rolla, Missouri.

Pauline was born September 5, 1921, in Nowata to L.Z. and Eva Sage Huey.

She was married Octer 15, 1946 to John P. Middendorf in Almeda, California. Mr. Middendorf preceded her in death in 1991.

Pauline was a member of St. Patricks Catholic Church in Rolla. Before retirement, she was a cafeteria steward in the public school system.

Survivors include two sons: Mark Middendorf and his wife, Deborah of Rolla, Missouri and John Middendorf and his wife, Patricia of Edwardsville, Illinois; and six grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; Ed and Jack Huey and by a sister, Virginia Shoemaker.
