Memorial Services for Robert M. "Butch"
Patton, 47, of Nowata who died Sunday, March 25, 2001 at his home in Nowata will be held Wednesday, March 28 at New Life Assembly of God in Nowata with the Reverend Arlis
Henegar officiating under the direction of Benjamin Funeral
Service of Nowata.
Butch was born February 13, 1954 to A.J. "Pat" and Radine
Harper Patton at Nowata. He grew up at Talala where he attended the Christian Church and received his education in the Oologah-Talala school system. He went to work for
Hardesty Company of
Tulsa just out of high school and worked there for several years. Butch had been employed by
Judd Brothers Construction of
Lincoln,
Nebraska for the past ten years. He had lived at Tacora
Hills and briefly in Bartlesville, before returning to Nowata to be with his mother and family.
Mr. Patton is survived by his mother and step-father, Radine and Sam
Stinnett of the home in Nowata; three daughters: Micha, Ashley and Wendi
Patton all of Owasso; a brother, Keith
Patton of Skiatook; three step-brothers:
Duke and Wayne
Stinnett of Claremore and Jerry
Stinnett of Tulsa; two sisters:
Leigh Passmore of home and
Patti Meador of Tulsa; several nieces, nephews, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, plus many friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, A.J. "Pat"
Patton.
Friends are asked to give to the Nowata 10-33 ambulance team or the American Cancer Society.
