Funeral services for Helen Annabell Miller, 97, of Whiteville, North Carolina and formerly of Nowata, who died Sunday, February 18, 2001, were held Saturday, February 24 at the graveside at Nowata Memorial Park Cemetery with Ben Killion officiating. Interment and local services were under the direction of Benjamin Funeral Service of Nowata. Arrangements in Whiteville were under the direction of Peacock Funeral Home.

Helen was born in St. Francis County Missouri, the daughter of Charles and Annie Bell Fox.

She is survived by a son, Major Lloyd Morgan RET of of Whiteville; a daughter, Lucille Cox of Midland, Texas; four grandchildren, one great-grandchild and one great-great-grandchild.
