Graveside services for Ruby Crupper, 88 of Pampa, Texas, who died Monday, December 11, 2000 were Friday, December 15 at Ball Cemetery in Childers with Sister Shirley Randall of Childers Full Gospel Church officiating with interment folowing at Ball Cemetery under the direction of Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger, Texas.
Ruby was born in Alluwe and has been a resident of Pampa, Texas for the past four years and previously a longtime Borger resident. She was a homemaker and member of Gateway Baptist Church in Borger. She taught Sunday School at Hale Baptist Church in Spring Creek. She played Bingo and loved her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Orville "Turk" Crupper on May 17, 1995.
Survivors include six daughters: Phyllis Crupper of Pampa; Sherry Lane of Jerico, Texas; Linda Simmons of Pampa; Betty Blair of Oklahoma City; Patsy Earnhart of Baton Rouge, La. and Vicky Truelock of Paducah, Texas; two sisters: Lucille Gillespey of Nowata and Pauline Cease of Coffeyville, Kansas; ten grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
