Services for, Mae Feaster, 81, were held at First Baptist Church, with Rev. Jack Eldred officiating. Interment was at the Oaklawn Cemetery, under the direction of Clagg Funeral Home.
Mrs. Feaster was born Tuesday, March 16, 1920 in Sulphur to Emra F. Eldred and Lucy Emiline Castleberry Eldred. She died Wednesday, March 21, in Sulphur.
On April 6, 1935 she married James M. Feaster in Ada. He preceded her in death on June 5, 1996.
Mrs. Feaster grew up in Sulphur and attended school at Dolberg. She was a mother and a homemaker.
Mrs. Feaster is survived by three daughters, Helen Miller, Sulphur, Mickie Konorsky, Newhall, Calif., Puran L. Anderson, Sun City, Ariz.; one son Butch Feaster, Pauls Valley; two brothers, J.D. Eldred, Roff, Buddy Eldred, Blackwell, Texas; four sisters, Martha Courtney, Sulphur, Lucille Griffin, McCloud, Bethel Lessly, Norman, Ruby Akins, Friatvale, Texas; 13 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and three sisters.
Pallbearers were Steve Miller, Danny Courtney, Mark Lessly, Shane Akins, Jack Eldred, Tom Payne.
