Services for Elva Jean Sales, 76, Burkburnett, Texas, were held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 4 at the Central Church of Christ in Burkburnett, Texas with Roy Christopher officiating. Graveside services were held at 3:00 p.m. at the Dougherty Cemetery with Owens and Brumley Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Born August 4, 1929 in Charlie, Texas to James and Maytie Harrison, she died Saturday, April 1 in Wichita Falls, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Sales; a daughter, Leslie Arlene Beasley; two brothers, Kenneth and James Harrison and a sister, Doris Elaine Stumpff.

Surviving are a son, Richard Harrington and two daughters, Arliss Danelle LaLone, both of Wichita Falls and Frances Rochelle Motley, Burkburnett, Texas; two brothers, Richard Harrison, Iowa Park, Texas and Harold Harrison, Conroe, Texas; two sisters, Jackie Larson, Burleson, Texas and Melba Sales, Tulsa; seven grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren
