Graveside services for Billy Franklin Cunnish, 68,
Sulphur, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, Jan. 27 at Dolberg Cemetery with Rev. Frank
Trent officiating. Interment will be in Dolberg Cemetery with
Clagg Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Born February 2, 1937 in
Sulphur to Joel Cunnish and
Rena Edwards Cunnish, he died Monday, Jan. 23 in
Sulphur.
He married Jacalyn
Ellis on December 5, 1969 at
Davis. She preceded him in death.
A carpenter by trade he had lived in this area all of his life. He attended school in
Oak Grove and
Prairie View. He had worked in construction and attended
Oak Grove Church.
Surviving are two sisters,
Dona Lowrance,
Sulphur and Judy
Summers,
Davis and a brother,
Truman Cunnish,
Sulphur.
He was preceded in death by his wife; a daughter, Holly Ann Tyler; a grandson,
Phelan Reece Tyler; his parents; three brothers, Jimmy Joe, Bobby Gene and Manuel Cunnish.
