Mrs. Lillie Payton, nee Simmons, died very suddenly at her home east of Vinita Wednesday evening, January 8. She leaves a son a week old. The remains were buried Friday in the McLaughlin cemetery near Cleora beside her sister who died a year ago. The husband, little babe, parents and brothers have the sympathy of all. [Delaware Co.]
