If it is our Jessie Martin Holder - he was born about 1850. The headstone shows 1856. Could be a mistake – maybe a sloppy hand written zero was taken off a record as a 6.
I know our J. M. Holder was living with his son Hoxie on the 1930 census in TX. Hoxie moved his family to Love Co., OK between 1930 and 1940. His daughter Helen was born there in 1936.
I have tried finding an obit on-line with no luck. I could not find a phone number for the cemetery. Hoxie moved back to TX and he and his wife are buried in Fairview Cemetery - Gainsville, TX.
Our J. M. Holder's wife died bet 1900 - 1910 in TX Her name was Lucy or Lou. The other children I have death information for are buried in TX.
Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
