Judge Will Disqualify Self In One Slaying Case.

Four murder trials are set for the next term of district court here, beginning the first Monday in March.
Legal talent from many
Oklahoma towns will clash when John Kelly is tried for the murder of George
Smart, city marshal, three years ago. Asa
Walden, district judge, will disqualify himself in this case.
Ed Sanders, who is charged with killing Ed
DeWitt in the county jail here a few hours after
Sanders had been incarcerated, also will be tried. Twenty other felony cases are on the docket.
A term of county court, with fifty minor cases on the docket, will follow the district court.
