I am searching the surnames PROUTY and PARKER.
Cyrus T. PROUTY was married to Julia Franklin VAN ARSDALE.
Cyrus was the postmaster in Kingfisher, Kingfisher Co., OK.

He had a son Charles Franklin PROUTY who married Winifred Edna PARKER, daughter of the founder of Kingfisher College, Rev. Joseph Homer PARKER and wife Carrie Adella GRISWOLD.
