Hi I am trying to obtain info regarding my cousin , she lived in Ponca City around 1940 and is in the city directory

Rufus A Belcher and wife Leona Belcher
907 S. 13th works in a lab( ?)
she was in Roswell, New Mexico and died 1/23/1941
but it said on her death record she had only been in Roswell 4 months and her usual place of residence was Oklahoma (1 mile west first) does that sound like a Ponca City address? I am wondering if perhaps and obit ran in the local paper for her.
