Rev. Cantrell
Rev. W. T. CANTRELL, pastor of the Baptist church, passed away last Saturday. Bro. Cantrell had been a minister of the Gospel for more than 12 years. He was a Mason, Oddfellow, K, P., and M.W.A. and the remains were laid to rest in the Condon Grove cemetery with Masonic and Oddfellowship honors. Re. S. F. MURPHY, pastor of the Baptist church in Ardmore, conducted the funeral service at the church Sunday evening. The deceased is a brother of Mrs. C. E, RENFROW of this city, who, with her father and one brother, was present at his death. Two other brothers from Oklahoma City and one from Roff arrived in time for the funeral. Bro. Cantrell leaves a wife and eight children.
Two of Triplets Died
Tuesday morning, Mrs. BROMLEE/BRUMLEE, mother of the triplets, who resides near Nida, discovered one baby was ill. A doctor was summoned, but before he arrived, the little fellow died and another baby was seriously ill. The boy and one of the girls died and their bodies were laid to rest in the same grave.
