Actually there is only one town named Broken Arrow. It's in Tulsa County. The part is Wagoner county has a different zip code than Tulsa county, but the post office name for both is Broken Arrow. On the map I found none of incorporated Broken Arrow is in Wagoner county. The Wagoner County Broken Arrow zip code covers the northern 3rd of Wagoner County

In any case, any obit was probably be in the Tulsa World or the Daily Ledger in Broken Arrow.
