Is there a phone number for the Wakita Cemetery or mailing address.

I'm looking for the graves of Jess(e) Robert PALMER and Bessie Helmick PALMER. Bessie died between 1913 and 1918. Jess died sometime after 1930. Jess's mother Mary PALMER (1930)is in the cemetery as is his daughter Evelyn Palmer WEBB (2001)and her husband.
Besides Evelyn, Jess had 2 sons Dallas and Nyal Robert (my grandfather) Nyal R. married Maxine Decker and were still in Wakita in 1932 when my dad Nyal E. was born. Both Dallas and Nyal R. ultimately moved to California.
