Missing Boyer Daughters

Need help locating missing Boyer sisters in Oklahoma. Marcus E. Boyer went to Oklahoma in the early part of the 1940's with his wife Linnis R. Unknown Boyer. They had three daughters, the oldest one was born about1945. The other two were born about 1948 and 1951. Marcus and Linnis divorced about 1965, Lennis remarried to unknown - a farmer or rancher from the panhandle of Oklahoma, who later adopted the daughters. Marcus died in 2001 in Norman, Ok. .
I am trying to find the daughters, so I can pass on to them their family history. I have been unable to find the maiden name of Lennis nor have I been able to find the names of the daughters. The oldest daughter, married and was living in Oklahoma City in the mid 1960's. Lennis and her new husband were living in the panhandle of Oklahoma in the 1990's. If any one has any information on this family please contact me.

Stallins (or Stallings, Stallions), 1930s

Looking for more information about a James F. Stallins (Stallings, Stallions, etc) who lived in Parkman Township, Ellis County in the 1930s. His wife, with whom he lived with, went by the name of Allie. Her maiden name appears to be Brown because in the 1930s census, shown residing with James (J.F.) and Allie (Allie A.) Stallins is M.C. Brown, age 82 or 92, "mother-in-law". In 1930 James F. Stallins was 55, and his wife, 62, so it's possible either or both passed away and are buried in Ellis County. In 1920, James and Allie were living in Muskogee County. Any additional information is appreciated. Specifically, info about any children James and Allie might have had would be highly valued. Thank you.

Hi, my grandparents, David and Katherine Stahr (nee) Gross left Russia in 1910. My grandfather was born in Shilling and my grandmother was born in Kraft. My father was 4 years old at that time. My grandmother's sister Mary married a Karl Weimer. The Karl Weimer's ended up in Calgary, Alberta. In 1926, they moved to Calgary, Alberta. My grandparents spent some time near Follett, TX where some of their kids were born, and then around Shattuck, OK. In 1956 (I was 7 years old then) my father went south to visit relatives in OK and TX. I have no idea who they might have been. I still keep in touch with my cousin Gary Weimer. He lives in Ontario and winters in Florida. I would appreciate any information that you have on the Weimers.
Thanks, Kathy Griebel

Hi, I read your post and found a name which I am interested in. My grandmother's sister Katarina Gross married a Jacob Haffner. Jacob and Katarina may have stayed in Russia, since my grandmother received a letter from Katarina early in the 1930's. Did you get enough interest in the surname of Haffner to get a chart done on them?

I am searching for death data for a Ludwig Appel (and wife Katherine) and siblings who came to Ellis Co before the 1910 census from Russia. He was a farmer in your county for at least 25 years. Perhaps an obituary would give me the brothers of Ludwig and where Ludwig is buried? Please, can you help me? I know by the 1930 census that he was 56 years old. He came to America with wife and some of the children in 1907 aboard the Grosser Kurfurst ship from Russia to New York Thank you, Janice Sly P.S. Are there Appel descendants still in Ellis County?

I'm Clyde Eldon Jackson's nephew. Clyde was the first casualty of the war in Shattuck, Oklahoma. The whole town closed down for the military funeral, and Clyde's portrait was hung in the county courthouse, where it remains to this day. Clyde and his wife had divorced, and Ronald Kay Jackson was raised mostly by his maternal grandmother, Mary Evaline North. Ronnie was eventually murdered by some escaped convicts from a county jail; he is buried in south Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

I would be most happy to receive the information you have.
I'm looking for information on Mary Evaline North, died 7 Jun 1962 and buried in the Gage Memorial Cemetery, Gage, Ellis Co., Oklahoma. Is her birth date on her gravestone? Does anyone know her maiden name? Husband's name? Is she the mother of the Coetta Evaline North who married Clyde Eldon Jackson early in 1938 or so? Is this the Mary North who is the grandmother of, and raised, Marita J. Bandy Cleaver of Concordia, Kansas, who has just recently died in December, 2007?

Ingraham Great Great Grandfather and Corneila Ellen Bain were married in 1850 in Il., the name of the county escapes me but have a copy of their marriage liscenses at home, 1850 census shows them living with his father and mother Charles P. and Elizabeth Ingraham and 2 or three unmarried brothers. In the 1870 Il., census shows a sister of Clarence daughter of Charles Jr., and Cornlia I could make out her full name but thought it might be Cornlia for the first name, I think her age may have at that time been 16, making her birth year to be abt. 1853-54, there was also a brother listed as Will, (short for William), that is an older brother that my Great Grandfather spoke of and wondered where he was at, the family thought that he may have left home before the family left Il., since he as about 17 or 18 at the time of the 1870 Il. census, his birthdate abt. 1851-52, which would fit since Charles Jr., and Cornelia married I know in 1850. I have a copy of their marriage liscenses at home. There was another sister older but can't remember her name, as these two sisters were never spoken of that I know, or that I heard of, however I did think that one older daughter's name may have been Cornelia, would your Cornelia's middle name happened to have been Rose, my Great Grandfather told my mother when he found out my middle name is Rose that he had a Grandmother or maybe it was sister who had the name of Rose, (mine came from the other side of the family). He would have been 3 not yet 4 in 1870, he was born in December 1866, his brother just older Charles Edward, (Charles after their father and Grandfather), was 2 or 3 years older. He came to Missouri along with the older sister, she would have been some what older than Charles and Clarence, leaving all of these older children behind that I never knew about except William was mentioned by Clarence before his death in 1956. Charles Edward kept in touch as did his sons. they were just a county away, and sometime later went to California, but still kept in touch for many years. Magggie had a son out of wedlock she left Fred behind with her parents, after their fathers death, Clarence helped with his care, Clarence married late in life as he was caring for aging parents and a nephew. Fred kept in touch after leaving Missouri as did his daughters.

My Great Great Grandfather was Charles P. Ingraham Jr., his father was Charles P. Ingraham, his wife Elizabeth, they had two or three other sons, don't have my list from the 1850 Il., census which shows Charles P. Ingraham with his new wife Cornlia E. Bain, also with this census it shows the other sons no daughters the boys range in age from 20 to 16, as well as I can remember, the last Il., census shows the spelling like yours, the only way I knew it was my family was Maggies, Charles Edward, and Clarences ages and places of birth, along with Charles P. Jr. and Cornelia's all fit.

I would like to hear from you as there were some of the Ingraham's that I can account for. Have wondered where the name of Harvey came from as he seemed to be the only Harvey in the family. My Grandfather got his name Ernest Earl from a cousin, who died at 11, just before the birth of my Grandfather. We have a William who was the much older brother of my Great Grandfather Clarence C. Ingraham, who was the youngest child, plus there was a much older sister whose name at the this time I can remember. Clarence C. was born in 1866 in Ill., don't have a name of a town. He thought they were German, as he said they lived in small German settlement outside of Chiagho, Ill., when he was six years old. Traced an older sister to Kansas, then to Oklahoma, same with a brother just older than Clarence bit was at least one more brother William, and another sister. William, Maggie(Margaret), and the other sister were the oldest children, Charles Jr., and Clarence were the younger two children. Maggie came to Missouri with the family along with the two younger boys. The other two are missing can find no trace after 1870, when the family was still in Ill.
I am writing in regards to the Clyde Eldon Jackson you reference in his post. My name is Casey Simers and I live in Mt. PLeasant, TX. My parents bought some land with a house a few years ago and in the house was a birth announcement of Ronald K jackson, clyde's son. I also have the newspaper clipping where clyde was killed in WWII when his plane crashed over Big Springs, TX.

I would love to return these artifacts to the family of Clyde. My husband recently got out of the USAF so these articles have tugged at my heart strings! The articles also say that Clyde had a Fiancee he was supposed to marry named Katherine Rouski of Birmingham, AL. According to the article they were to be married the Sunday after his body arrived. Apparently the lady you speak of was Clyde's former wife and the mother of Ronald Kay.

I hope I have not been rambling on but I really want to find someone who would appreciate them to have these. I am very new to this kind of thing so I do not know where to look. I accidently stumbled upon your thread with a gogle search.

Thank you for your time and I appreciate any information you may have.

Casey
