Franklin born 7 May 1920 in Mounds, Creek, OK Harold Bryan BURT, Franklin's father was born in IL March 1897 and died Oct 1946 probably OK. Franklin BURT's mother was Alyce Eunice NEFF. James Francis BURT was Harold's father and he married Janette Frances DRENNAN.
