I have ask about this person before but have not heard from anyone.I have new information since the 1940 Census arrived. It looks as if he[Ben Denny] died anytime from 1935 to 1940.His wife Ella Birge[Denny] along with his children are listed in Olive Twp.,Creek Co. OK -April 5th 1940.She is listed as a widow.Odd information-in ON Demand Court Records-Newkirk,Kay CO.OK.-he plead guilty to charges .The date was June 27,1940.
I have spoke with his living daughter and she had no information.She was told he drowned in the early 1940's. If anyone has any information or can help me find a outlet to look for information-it would be greatly appreciated.This [Ben Denny-born 1912 AR] is my uncle.I never knew -but would very much like to know what actually became of him.
