Still looking for a picture of the Old Grant (East Side School in Coalgate, Coal county, Ok. It was torn down years ago, but I attended school there thru the 8th grade. Also interested in any pictures taken there during the 1930's. My teachers were Miss Swadley, Miss Parry, Miss Burns and Mr. Towery. Mr. Fairchild was in charge of Maintance (Janitor). If you have a scanner and have any of these pictures, including class pictures, I would love to have copies.

Do you know if Mr. Fairchild had a daughter or sister by the name of Eva? All I know about this lady is she married Henry Hurrelbrink and had two sons. please email me if you have any information to share on the family: maryeatwell@charter.net

I do not know if you ever found anything about Eva Fairchild. Her parents were Aaron Fairchild (1837 Ohio - ) and Sarah Cowgill (1852 Indiana - 1898). She had 8 siblings. This is all contained in the Cowgill Family History.
