Does anyone have any information on the African American
family of Webbs that lived in the El Reno region from 1900 to
1930. Charles Thomas Webb 1872 married to a Maggie Barnett.
They had a son by the name of Theodore Shepard 1904
that moved to Arizona. Thanks.
