Looking for any information regarding Charles Edward/Edwin Tappan, his wife Rhoda Roxie "Elmina" Pilgrim, and/or their four children. Any information will be most appreciated!

Charles Edward/Edwin Tappan was born in abt.1846 in NJ. He married Rhoda Roxie "Elmina" Pilgrim on Jul. 3, 1873 in Spy Mound (Homer Twp.), Bates Co., MO. He died on Mar. 28, 1890 in Harrison, Canadian Co., OK. He is buried in the Frisco Cemetery, Frisco in Canadian Co., OK. He served in the Civil War as a private in Company B of the 15th Infantry from NJ (Civil War). He was a member of the G.A.R. of Frisco, OK. He received land in OK as payment for his service in the Civil War. He was part of the Old SoldierÂ’s Colony in the Frisco area of OK.

Rhoda Roxie "Elmina" Pilgrim was born on May 1, 1855, IL. After the death of Charles, she married Joseph Dillon on May 21, 1893 in El Reno, Canadian Co., OK. She died on Feb. 7, 1918 in Richland, Canadian Co., OK. She is buried in the Frisco Cemetery, Frisco, Canadian Co., OK. Her death was recorded in the "Some Newly Discovered Death and Funeral Records from Canadian Co., OK 1911-1928" by the Yukon Chapter of the D.A.R.

They had four children:
1. Anna Tappan was born in abt. 1874 in Kansas City, Wyndotte Co., KS
2. Nellie Etta Tappan was born on Nov. 27, 1878 in Homer Twp., Bates Co., MO
3. George Garrett Tappan was born on May 21, 1885 in Colony, Anderson Co., KS
4. Otto Harrison Tappan was born in 1889 in Kansas City, Wyndotte Co., KS
