Hi, no problem, we all started somewhere
Eugenie and a probable daughter died in 1897 in Columbia and the events were passed back to England
GRO = General Register Office (England that is)
You can order certificates online here
http://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/The reference I posted and the year should be sufficient to order the certificate(s)
Name = CROSLEY Eugenie
Place = Medellin
Volume = 10
Page = 325
Year 1897
The births, marriages and deaths are recorded in indexes by the GRO , the overseas indexes record various events and in this case your deaths are recorded in the Consular indexes, in other words they were reported to the British Consul who in turn reported the events to the GRO in England
The two Baptisms for Charles and Harry are in the available Parish Registers on Ancestry , GE STODART was one of the officiating Ministers at one event, WAKE was the Minister at the other event
Usually Baptism is the Baptism itself and the receiving into the Church which normally happens at the same time, in the event of difficulty anyone can baptize a child and the child is then received into the Church to complete the event
So the father Baptized the children in Columbia, presumably there was no available Minister, so on their return to England they completed the Baptisms
On the subject of death certificates, there is not a great deal on an English certificate, it should record her age at death which would be useful as would the informants name (probably the husband of Eugenie)
As its an overseas event it may have more, ie place of death/burial but there is no way of knowing without getting the certificate
I would recommend gaining access to Ancestry either by subscribing or at a library or family history centre where you can try and make contact with the tree owner who has Martins birth certificate among several other interesting records, including the marriage you seek (which did take place in England but can't read the exact information)
If there is anything you do not understand please feel free to ask
