John Marshall was listed in the will of Prudence Marshall Bay of Guernsey County, Ohio. I have no documentation that it was this John Marshall other than the fact he was in Guernsey County, which is why I am trying to learn more about his family. I appreciate your reply with the additional information. Was the divorce granted? I was unsure when I read "the case was dismissed".

I have a note that John's marriage to Eliza Magee might have been in Hancock County, Ohio. Son Joseph William Marshall is found married with a family in 1880 in Elkhart, Noble Co, IN; in 1900/1910 in Clearspring Twp, LaGrange Co, IN.

Son Robert is in Orange Twp, Noble Co, IN in 1900 and 1910 living with his brother Thomas.

Son Thomas married Jennie and they had a daughter Wanda P., born Dec 1894 in IN, who married Fred L. Niles. Thomas is listed in 1900/1910/1920 in Orange Twp, Noble Co, IN. Wanda is in Auburn, De Kalb Co, IN in 1930, w/daughter Jane, b about 1924.
