Thanks. I have a copy of their marriage license from Wayne County. I think William and Catherine were in the part of Wayne County, Ohio, that became Ashland County because they are in the 1850 census there. In 1856 they moved to Williams County, Ohio, where they bought a farm that is still in the family today. I was hoping I could connect with someone on the Gorrel or Evers families to help me find William and Catherine parents, but so far, have not been able to. Thanks for writing.
