He is up in years and would love to tell him before his life is over. Have little info, not enough to request birth certificate. Am looking for the birth of Frank E Pool, born 12/4/1904 in Marietta. Not everyone is in agreement of year, the majority says 1904, few say 1905. Want to know who his parents were. If anyone can help, it would be appreciated more than you would ever know.
