Hi, I am trying to find the father of my Great Grandfather Nathaniel Pritchet (Pritchett) b. Jan. 13, 1852 in what looks like Marietta, Ohio? (I am attaching a pic of his daughters family bible that states his birth place) His mother is Elizabeth Esther Nangle b. 1830 in Wellsville, VA or Wellsberg, W.VA, they also had another child Rosanah who was b. abt. 1848 in the same place as Nathaniel. I have sent for his death certificate, the father's name is not listed on there, I also tried to send for a birth record and was told they didnt have birth records back then?

Can you please help me? This is very important to me because I was born a Pritchett and would like to know my family history.
