Im looking for a birth record for Charles Lisamore Carrigan that may have taked place in Vinton County. He was born Dec 9, 1869. His fathers name was james or Patrick and his mothers name was Ellen. I had thought he was born in Perry county but can find no record of it there and I know his wife Eliza jane Search was born in Vinton County. Now I'm told they may have been born in the same county. I would appreciate if anyone could do a birth lookup for either of them. Eliza was born in Feb 1873. I don't have the exact day for her.
