CORRECTIONS/UPDATES to previous message (2009)

Sarah Elizabeth Comstock Priode did NOT die after childbirth. I have located her Census records through 1910 when she lived in Dickenson Co., VA. Husband Jacob was not present on that record but was on the 1900 Census when they were in Wise, VA. I have not found death date or place on either yet.

Maria L Comstock (b. 12 Dec 1846; d. 17 Jan 1869) married Jacob J. (son of Joseph) Harman, Jr., on 4 Apr 1868. She's buried in White Oak Cem. in Meigs Co., Ohio, where she lived her whole life. They had no children, and Jacob married again (1871 to Mary R. Forest) and remained in Meigs.
