Hi. I'm still looking for a 1870 census report in Athens, Perry, Vinton, or any surrounding county for charles Carrigan. Name may have been spelled differently, I'v seen a few variations down the line. He would have only been a year old in this census, so he would have been listed with his parents. I have them as James and Ellen Carrigan. I'm trying to find out what I can on Charles' parents.
