Dies at
Blaine Ave Residence; Mrs. Mary
Catharine Hill, 64, wife of
Squire A. Hill, died today at 10:55 a.m. in their home at 262
Blaine avenue. Her death followed a six-month illness. A resident of Marion four years, Mrs. Hill came here from
Ohio City. She was born in
Clinton County on April 4, 1878 to Thomas and Laura
Knoch Richard. Her first husband, Frank
McClung, died in 1922. Her marriage to Mr. Hill took place on August 19, 1938. She was a member of First United Brethren Church. Surviving with the husband are two daughters, Mrs. C. W. Luse of Congress street and Mrs. H. L. Brubaker of

Berne, Ind. Funeral services will be conduced Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at the
Merle H. Hughes funeral home on Mt Vernon avenue and at 3 in First United Brethren Church. Rev. Garrison
Roebuck will be in charge. Burial will be made in Marion cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 10 a. m. Friday. From The Star, Marion,
