......Found your 7 Mar 1999 post on a VanWert message board. Did Joseph Miller have brother\relative by name of Thomas E Miller? Any of the following related to Joseph ?

1. Thomas E. Miller born 25 Mar 1851; died 12 Mar 1919.
......Birthplace unknown; died in Paulding County
2. Lydia A. (nee Roop) Miller, wife; marriage date unknown
......Born 17 Dec 1851; died 29 Dec 1915. Believe to have
......been born and died in Van Wert.
3. Three children: Ilo born 1888; Lilly born 1886; Grace born
......1894. Ilo was my grandmother. .

......Know there are Van Wert ties from details found in the 1900\1910 census; in turn Thomas & Lydia are buried in Woodland Cemetery in Van Wert. Also, Ilo was born in Van Wert. Info on Grace and Lilly needs further confirmation. Have found next to nothing on them.
......Just now writing to Ohio Historical Society for copies of death certificates on Thomas\Lydia\Ilo. Obits would be even better for possible discussion of extended family. Never knew
any of them personally.
