Charles Wingard and Annie Fox, uncle and niece, who ran away from Monroe, Mich., to live an adulterous life, but who claimed to have been married, and who were arrested at Canton, O., on the 21st. and taken to Alliance on complaint of the girl's parents at Monroe, Mich., committed suicide by shooting each other and died together in the jail at Alliance on the 22nd. Wingard's home was at Zoar, Tuscarawas County, Ohio.
