While looking for some information on the family of Daniel and Sarah Scofield Hull Robinson, I requested a copy of an abstract from the Western Reserve Chronicle. There was the obit I wanted and an additional one. I wanted to post them both here for anyone who might be interested.

Western Reserve Chronicle, Warren Ohio

DEATHS
Bazetta, Jan 6, 1863, of Scarlet fever ELMA A., eldest daughter of Wm and Rebecca A. McCleer, aged 8 years, 7 months and 28 days.
“Dear as thou wert, and justly dear,
We will not weep for thee’
One thought shall check the starting tear,
It is that thou art free.”
“And thus shall faith’s consoling power,
The tears of love restrain,
O who that saw thy parting hour
Could wish thee here again?”

At Hilton Head SC, Sept 30, 1862, of Congestive fever, George N. Hull, in the 20th year of his age, the Son of Daniel and Sarah Hull, formerly of Bazetta. He was a private in Co B, 76th PA Volunteers.
It is poor consolation to a bereaved parent, but it is the best we can offer when we say that he has always proved a dutiful and obedient soldier, and he nobly sacrificed his life in behalf of this great and glorious Union.
D. C. Strawbridge,
Capt Co B, 76th Regt. P. V.
