My great great grandfather, William Evans, was born in Youngstown, Ohio in 1839 or 1840. I am trying to track down his father, Abel Evans and Abel;s wife, Eliza Amos. They are both listed as William's parents on his death certificate. However the 1880 census shows William in Maryland, but does not list his parents names or place of birth.
