I just fill in the first name of the woman and then fill in her father's surname, choose death/burial from the Event drop down menu and fill in Ohio, United States for location. You can also fill in the mother's name, but sometimes mom's name is unknown.

If I am looking for all children of one man, I just fill his name, choose death and fill in Ohio, United States.
