I'm doing local history research on the Middlebury area of Akron. I've got all the basic facts about early settlement and the businesses that have come... and gone over the past 200 years. (for those who don't know, Middlebury was here before Akron) What I am lacking is recent history, but more, personal stories from those who grew up and/or worked in the neighborhood. If this describes you or someone you know, I would love to hear your stories. And pictures would be very welcome and helpful.
