I am searching for the medical records of Hawthornden State Hospital in Northfield OH - my great grandfather, William Guy, was transferred there in 1941 from Lima State Hospital. He was 66 years old. I believe he died there and is buried somewhere - does anyone know where indigient people were buried in Summit County? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
