Since it is closed (1993?) you can call the state directory for Ohio Government and they can put you intouch with the State Department on Mental Health who has a person who can get microfiche records about patients who were there at Hawthornden. If he died there you can provide that date to the newspapers for summitt county - Northfield Township and Macedonia, Ohio, who may have posted a death notice about him. Also the archivist at mental health may have some suggestions.
