I'm posting this message in hopes someone can help me get in contact with Merle Fonner concerning some family
research in Blackford County,Indiana.
Merle requested some " Hedge/Fonner " family research from the Hartford City Public Library,located in Hartford City,
Indiana.
I tried to contact him via the E-mail Address he left,but the
