Hoping someone may be able to help me out...I was just at the library last week, and missed my chance to locate this info while I was there!

I know the library has an Ohio birth index on microfilm, so if someone already has plans to be there I'd love it if someone could check for:

Lydia Jacobs, who I believe was born 3/8/1911

I thought it was Paulding Co., but it could be Putnam? At the time that I was there, I had no idea what her last name was, so I couldn't even start to look on the index. This name has since been given to me, and I'm just looking to verify it. I can't find anything in the Paulding Co birth record books.
