CHILLICOTHE: Bonnie L. Poole, 81, of Chillicothe, Ohio, died 7:39 am, Friday, November 21, 2014, at the Adena Regional Medical Center, following an extended illness.

She was born April 16, 1933 in Ross County, Ohio to the late Herbert and Olive Shewalter McNeal.

On November 11, 1951 she married George R. Poole, who survives.

Also surviving are her children, Loralei (John) Poole-Hamer and Terry Poole, both of Chillicothe; her grandchildren, T.J. Poole, Kelli Poole, Kelly (Erin) Spencer, all of Chillicothe; and great-grandchildren, Peyton Conley, Alyssa Letsche and Kaden Withrow; a sister, Nancy (John) Cutright, of Chillicothe; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her step-father, Raymond Streets, who raised her; a great-grandson, Brandon Letsche; a brother, Johnny McNeal; and several aunts and uncles.

Bonnie worked for Britts and Elder-Beerman department stores.

She was a member of Grace Fellowship Church, the Red Hat Society, and loved playing cards with her friends.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 am Monday, November 24, 2014 at the Haller Funeral Home, Rev. Brent Rolsten officiating.
Burial will follow in Grandview Cemetery.

Friends may call 4-7 pm Sunday at Haller's.
