I recently came across a court order referencing the naturalization of my gr gr grandfather John C. Strickrott. He was naturalized Aug 26, 1865 at the Ross County Probate court. I have checked with the archives in the Ross County Probate Court and they cannot find this record. Does anyone know where else I can check?

I had found my ancestor's naturalization in Common Pleas court in Pike Co., OH. You might try Ross' .......
